When designing for commercial clients, our goal is to balance functional, practical environments with memorable, branded spaces. This vision came to life in our project for a barbershop in Winton, Bournemouth.
Our client, Ermir, envisioned a traditional, masculine space dominated by blue hues. We transformed these key ideas into a timeless, upmarket but still approachable interior. By optimising the awkward corner retail space, we created a layout that enhances customer experience and ensures staff visibility throughout the shop.
Storage and lighting were crucial elements. We incorporated ambient and task lighting, along with spotlights in the windows to attract passersby. Bespoke cabinetry was designed to conceal plumbing and to hide away clutter. The cabinetry was topped with a solid surface that is both durable and easy to clean, complementing the rich wood tones to create the feeling of luxury.
The space is accented with plants and touches of gold, maintaining a masculine yet fresh and bright ambiance. This project exemplifies our commitment to creating environments that are as functional as they are beautiful.
