1970's Flip, Crossways

This 1970s home in the Purbecks may not have been the prettiest from the outside, but its generous proportions offered real potential. 

Without extending, we carefully reconfigured the layout to introduce an additional bedroom, making better use of the footprint and increasing market appeal. Drawing inspiration from Scandinavian and mid-century design, the interiors were updated with a soft, natural palette and simple, considered details.

The goal was to create a home that felt timeless rather than trend-led — appealing to a broad audience while respecting the character and honesty of the original property.
